While being the Dean of the College of Computing and Information Sciences, Rolyn is actively involved in the Innovation and Startup Scene in CSU. He is also leading CSU's spin-off company named MapX. Rolyn is a fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and an alumnus of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) made possible through the DOST PCIEERD RITTD Leaders in Innovation Fellowship (LIF) Program in 2018/2019.
Rolyn has an academic rank of Professor III at CSU as of this date.

Project Staff, Operations Lead
Other than leading the Technology Transfer and Licensing Office (TTLO) in CSU, Jeffrey is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship. Jeffrey has an academic rank of Professor I at CSU as of this date.
TBI Project Leader
Aside from being the BSIT Program Coordinator, Jen is actively engaged and locked-in in all aspects of the entrepreneurship programs in the university through Navigatu. For the past two years, Jen guided the startups / incubatees and looked after them in their Incubation Program. She directly worked with the TBI Operations Team who was hired full time with the DOST-PCIEERD funded project. She attended various training from UC Berkeley's Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship (SCET) through PhilDev's ISIP Program. Jen has an academic rank of Assistant Professor II at CSU as of this date.
MELBERT BONOTAN
Project Staff, Incubation Program
Melbert is presently a program coordinator in the College of Computing and Infomation Sciences (CCIS). An entrepreneur himself, he is motivated and challenged to lead student-led startups from idea to developing an MVP.
He attended various training from UC Berkeley's Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship (SCET) through PhilDev's ISIP Program.
